Free interpretation : Map20 at Hurt Me Plenty in 20 sec under Par.
I already knew this level since I did it
on UV as my free interp for my Doom 2 Master
exam. Should have tried to do it under Par
on UV instead of HMP, but I'm more interested
in working on my advanced title exams. Oh, yes,
I "pretended" that this level is a "Peaceful
Start": I ran around to the back of the
guardhouse just south of the start to do my
dance. The monsters heard me, but I could just
finish the dance before the sargent found me
                            and started shotgunning me.

Comments : Map07, 22 seconds under Par (2:00), 100% Kills.
                            It was fun.

                        : Map26, 11 seconds under Par (5:00), 71% Kills.
This level is supposed to be "medium" but I found
it was much harder to complete under Par than
Map16 which is classified as "hard." Note: I
pretended that this one is "Peaceful Start" since
even though the monsters hear me while I'm doing
my "dance", they can't shoot at me. This can be
done much faster cause I fell three times. :(

                        : Map16, 26 seconds under Par (2:30), 30% Kills.
This is a fun level. I always liked grabbing
that Invul sphere and laying waste to all those
monsters that teleport out. :) This level is
really not that hard for Speedy Gonzales purposes.
All you have to do is get the supershotgun so
you can deal with the revenants, then grab the
                            BFG and rock.

                        : Map20, 20 seconds under Par (2:30), 35% Kills.
This was my second choice for my free interp.
lmp. I was working on doing Map13 on UV with
100% kills: a real tough level from scratch, but
it's good for practicing for a Doom 2 Tyson exam
since you need to use berserk a lot at the
beginning. I managed to punch out the lost souls
the imps and demons as well as a couple of
cacodemons in the building where the pump shotgun
is, and kill the revenants before I died, rather
stupidly, I might add. Anyway, I decided to do
Map20 under Par since it's excluded by being
listed as "Hardest." I'm working on my Tyson,
Incubus, and Grand Master Exams right now. So,
I'll save Map13 on UV for one of them.

Author info : They call me Bowman because I like rockets. I'm a
Ph.D. student in philosophy. It probably shows
in that I don't know how to stop writing. So,
I'll just shut up now. (:-{D>
